In 2015, we saw growth of 150% in staff, 200% in clients, and added 5,500 square feet to our Domestic Solutions Center in Henderson, Tennessee.
In 2016, we’re continuing to expand our capabilities by adding staff and a new Domestic Solutions Center. Our expansion to another part of the state has been in progress since Tennessee Magazine’s article “Small Town, Big Ideas” was released in January.
We closely evaluated several small, thriving communities in Middle Tennessee looking for a place that fits our unique domestic sourcing model—a model which allows us to offer high quality and cost effective software solutions developed in the United States.
We looked for a community close to top talent and in close proximity to amenities such as airports, excellent universities, natural beauty and a great quality of life. A town with cultural flair, great schools, less traffic and more safety.
We found those qualities and more in Winchester, Tennessee, the site of our new Domestic Solutions Center located in Downtown Winchester.
The new Domestic Solutions Center will allow 8th Day Software to continue to meet the demands of our expanding client base and to deliver affordable custom software solutions to organizations large and small across the country.
We would like to extend special thanks to the following people who worked so diligently to welcome 8th Day Software to Winchester:
- Dave Van Buskirk, County Commissioner for Franklin County
- Beth Rhoton, City Administrator for the City of Winchester
- Judy Taylor, Executive Director of the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce
- Janie and John Casey
